After a detailed analysis, we managed to map the processes and, together with the client’s internal team and SAP consultants, created the most suitable version for adapting our planning solution. The automatic integration with SAP represented an additional challenge, but it brought added value to the project. Results The implementation of our solution, together with the integration of artificial intelligence into the production processes, generated immediate and visible benefits: much more accurate raw material procurement, reduction and control of subassembly inventories, increase in the percentage of completed and assembled motors, improvement in the accuracy of deliveries to customers.
